Nutrition

The right foods help children focus, manage emotions, and control distractions. Dr. Cohen offers science-backed nutritional strategies to boost cognitive and emotional health, supporting academic success for your child and the whole family. He also provides strategies to counteract the appetite-suppressing effects of ADHD medications.

Physical Activity 

Movement boosts attention, self-regulation, and academic success in children with ADHD. Daily exercise complements medication, nutrition, and sleep to help your child thrive. Dr. Cohen will guide you in using physical activity to optimize your child's neurochemistry for success.

Sleep

Studies show that deep, restorative sleep significantly improves focus, attention, impulse control, and cognitive processing. Restful sleep is crucial for managing ADHD. Dr. Cohen works with children and parents to develop habits that promote restorative sleep, benefiting children for years to come.

Mindfulness
